Selena's mom, Mandy Teefey, gave birth to a baby girl yesterday. Relatives were spotted outside the hospital bringing baby girl balloons to Mandy, Selena, and Mandy's husband Brian, but the happy news wasn't officially confirmed until Demi Lovato, Sel's long-time friend, tweeted this:

We found it weird that Mandy had the baby so quickly since the news of her pregnancy was only revealed about a month ago on Mother's Day, but we're happy for the family nonetheless, especially after Mandy had a devastating miscarriage in December of 2011. The baby girl's name hasn't been revealed yet (though from the looks of Selena's fans on Twitter, her name might be Amelia), but we're looking forward to a special announcement from Selena, Mandy and Brian soon!
