Lea received the devastating news via phone call late Saturday night according to USWeekly, approximately ten hours after the actor's lifeless body had been discovered in his Vancouver hotel room.

"Lea completely lost her mind," a source says. "She went crazy, screaming and crying until 3 a.m. Lea has been inconsolable and feels like she's been hit by a truck. She didn't know he'd started using again."
As OKMagazine previously reported, Cory's body was cremated Tuesday after a private viewing by his mother, brother and Lea.

Meanwhile, the heartbroken actress is trying to keep focused while mourning the passing of her co-star and long time love—concentrating her efforts on planning his funeral.

"She's been talking with Cory's family the entire time and wants to plan the whole funeral," the source told USWeekly.

Lea's rep released a statement Tuesday.
"Lea is deeply grateful for all the love and support she's received from family, friends, and fans," the statement read. "Since Cory's passing, Lea has been grieving alongside his family and making appropriate arrangements with them.
