Could Snooki Take Home The Mirror Ball On DWTS? We Think So!

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and her Dancing with the Stars pro partner Sasha Farber came out of the gate something fierce on last night's season premiere episode of the reality contest. Sure, the reality star has some stiff competition from front runners like Glee's Amber Riley and High School Musical's Corbin Bleu, but her performance was strong and with room to grow, she could have a great arc of improvement over the course of the season. OK! chatted with Snooki and Sasha after the show to get the lowdown on their game plan.

OK!: What's on deck for next week?

Sasha Farber: This is just the beginning. She's learning really quickly so next week we want to go better. We want to go up.

OK!: Were you surprised how quickly you picked things up?

Nicole Polizzi: It's definitely cool that I got it quick but it's all about perfecting it and that's the hard part. You have to look like a ballroom dancer but had fun at the same time and I had a blast tonight.

OK!: Are you traveling back and forth between the west coast and east coast?

NP: We're actually flying back tonight on the red eye.

OK!: Are you doing all of your rehearsals back there?

NP: Yeah, and then some weeks we're going to stay here. It just depends how long I can be away from my son. It's hard.

OK!: What's your favorite part of being a mom?

NP: Probably just hanging out with my son and knowing that he's mine. He's amazing.
