Donny Discusses Family: "The Osmonds Rally Around Each Other"

Since the tragic death of Marie Osmond's son, Michael Blosil, the Osmonds have been trying to support one another. Donny Osmond spoke for the first time since his nephew's suicide with The Insider about how he immediately flew to be by Marie's side.

Marie's brothers and nephew David talked to The Insider together in Utah on Monday night to support the release of David's new album, Reflected.
For his first time speaking since the death of Michael, Donny talked about how his family is trying to move forward.

"Whenever there's a situation where there needs to be rallying, the Osmonds rally around each other and support each other," Donny said. "And, there's a lot of that going on right now."
Once Marie's brothers heard of Michael's death they all got on Donny's plane to be with their sister in Las Vegas.

"It meant a lot to her to have us at her house," Donny said.

Brian Blosil, Michael's father and Marie's ex-husband also attended the event to be supportive of David's music career.
David explained, "Family is everything."
