She speaks! This weekend marked the two month anniversary of that infamous elevator fight between Solange Knowles and Jay Z, and so it's as good a time as ever for Solange to speak out about it. Right? Because we all know that her Instagram "response" doesn't exactly count.
Sure, the family released a joint statement shortly after the incident occured, but that didn't stop Lucky magazine editors from asking Solange about the brawl as part of their cover story for their August 2014 issue.
Solange referred to the incident as "that thing," which is weird and vague, but then went on to tell the magazine:
"What's important is that my family and I are all good. What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that."
You can read the statement of which she speaks right HERE, and then you can go on about your day, realizing that this is probably as good of a response as we're ever going to get from Solange about the fight. Can we get over it now? K great thanks.
