We've heard a lot about this little guy, but we've never gotten a good look at him... until now!

Charlize Theron stepped out in Madrid yesterday with her baby boy, Jackson, after attending a photo call for her upcoming flick, Snow White and the Huntsman. The adorable mommy-son duo have been traveling Europe together, promoting the movie, which hits theaters on June 1.

Charlize adopted Jackson in March and admits her life has been so much more fulfilling since becoming a mom.

"My mother found a letter I wrote. It said, 'Would you please take me to orphanage, so that I can go and adopt a baby?'" South African-born Charlize explains in the June issue of Australia's Madison. "I always knew I would adopt. Always."

Charlize recently told The Today Show's Matt Lauer that motherhood is "going amazing" and that Jackson is "scrumptious and delicious."

And although she's a single mom, Charlize, who ended her nine-year partnership with Stuart Townsend in 2010, doesn't question her ability to raise a child on her own.

"You know, I don't think any mother aims to be a single mom," Charlize tells Madison. "I didn't wish for that, but it happened."

So is Charlize looking for a man? Sure, but the actress admits marriage "has never been important" to her.

"I don't know why exactly. Some might say it's because my parents didn't have a good marriage, but I don't think so," she explains. "I treat my relationships like marriages. The ceremony isn't that important to me."

Congrats again Charlize, Jackson truly is "scrumptious!"
