Not only does the snapshot feature favorites from Full House, Blossom and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, but Tia's partner-in-crime and Sister, Sister co-star, Tamera Mowry. "TBT Can you recognize who's who? We are all mommies now :) xx," Tia asked fans on Instagram.
