Jon Gosselin: "I Never Wanted Primary Custody"

Jon Gosselin has reportedly just fired his lawyer and is now speaking out against him. Jon claims the attorney filed legal papers for primary custody of his and Kate Gosselin's eight children without his permission.

"I never wanted primary custody, he attorney Anthony List filed for that," Jon told TMZ. "I only wanted a more flexible custody schedule so I could be with my kids."
However, List told TMZ, "Jon signed off on everything."

Jon also insisted that he wants to pay child support, but "I just can't afford the $22,000 a month right now," he said. "That is why I'm trying to find a job."

"I would like a job in some aspect of TV, probably as a host," Jon said.
