Some (girls under the age of, what? 20?) are screeching with joy, and some are saying it is a sign of the apocolypse: Justin Bieber is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine, and inside, he's talking about feeling like a man. Gawker was the first to point out that there is a striking similarity between this cover and a Lindsay Lohan Rolling Stone cover from 2004 — Lindsay's also read that she was "hot, ready and legal." Lindsay is pulling it together lately but we hope Justin avoids the trouble she ran into some time after that cover came out. Those driving incidents are not the best indication, but we believe in Justin. Rent a limo, man.

The issue hits newstands July 20.
