Kris Humphries' Team: Kim Kardashian is Holding Up The Divorce Proceedings

It's hard to believe, but Kim Kardashian and her quickie husband of eons ago, Kris Humphries, are still battling in court.

The 72-day union has resulted in what will soon be a year's worth of legal wrangling after Kris filed for an annulment claiming fraud in early December. While the Kardashian camp has always said Kim would like a speedy divorce, Kris' team says it's the other way around.

While it's true he sent a subpoena to both Kanye West and matriarch Kris Jenner, his lawyers insist they only did so because Kim's team subpoenaed Kris' rumored fling, Myla Sinanaj, first.

In fact, Team Humphries blames the Kim's ridiculous work schedule for why the case isn't running more smoothly.

"Scheduling depositions for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have also been problematic, as both claim very chaotic schedules," a source told RadarOnline.com. "Kris has a right to prepare for trial, and the longer the Kardashian clan drag their feet in scheduling depositions, the longer this thing is going to go on. It's worth noting that Kris' deposition was completed almost two months ago."
