As part of a plea deal in her August conviction for her two DUI cases, Lindsay Lohan started her community service Monday afternoon.
The 21-year-old will be working at a Los Angeles Red Cross blood services facility. After spending the day — arriving at noon and leaving at 7 p.m. — at the facility, reports say Lindsay left the clinic holding a book appropriately titled Blood.
The 10-day community service was the punishment given to the I Know Who Killed Me actress in lieu of 48 hours behind bars.
