Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein shared a very special moment with fans on their TLC show The Little Couple: the day their son William first laid eyes on his soon-to-be parents.
"I got an email this morning, and Karen at the foster home…took pictures to show him seeing photos of us for the first time," Jennifer announced to her husband while they prepped for their trip to China to get William.

"It was absolutely amazing to see the pictures of Will looking at us for the first time," reveals Jennifer of their now 3-year-old son.

"It's hard to know exactly what he's thinking," Jennifer says. "He looked happy at least. He didn't look upset or disappointed like, 'Oh, man, crap. That's where I'm going home to?'"
