"So Crazy in Love" just might've been blasting on Robert Williams Jr.'s car stereo recently – the Detroit-area man was arrested in Connecticut early Sunday for driving erratically and almost hitting a police car, and said he was on his way to meet Beyonce.
Driving with flowers and a teddy bear in the car, ostensibly for Jay-Z's wife, Robert asked if the officers were escorting him to New York City after almost hitting them, asking for directions to Detroit, and driving over a sidewalk.

Instead of going to the George Washington Bridge where he said Beyonce was waiting for him, he was taken to a local hospital for evaluation, after being charged for reckless driving, speeding and other traffic-related offenses. He'll appear in court on Nov. 4 in Milford, Conn.
We hate to break it to you, buddy, but we don't think Beyonce was waiting for you this time.
