“You have to keep it fun,” she says. “You have to go on date nights. Listen, I have a year-and-a-half-old baby, so I get tired. We just took him to Disneyland, but then we had the most romantic night three hours later. We got the babysitter, and went out. Sprucing it up, taking those short little day trips, taking the overnight stay or even just going to lunch and talking.”

Plus, she adds, “A little lingerie might be added in there somewhere along the way. I think it’s spontaneous. It’s not being stuck in a rut. Listen, we all get there, but go meet your husband at a hotel. Instead of buying a pair of glasses or a pair of shoes, set him up—tell him you have an emergency, and you’re the emergency!”

Now that their son Brooks is getting older, Molly and Scott are prepping for baby #2.

How has the baby changed her relationship with her husband?

“Oh, we’re so much closer,” she coos. “I look at my husband, and he is the best father. I’m in awe of him. I know sometimes a child puts strain in a relationship, but not mine. It has made it so full.”
