A friend tells OK! about the decision: "They were having more and more arguments about work and her career direction. Heidi could see that she had to separate her business decisions from her personal life."

Her new manager, Aiden Chase, calls himself "a third generation healer and intuitive." He tells OK! that "Heidi's trying to become the full woman that she is. She wants everyone to see that she's smart and she's fun and she has talent."
