"The pride that I feel today is overpowering," Oprah Winfrey proclaimed after watching 72 young ladies receive their high school diplomas on Saturday, according to Reuters.
The 57-year-old had faith that if she invested “in the leadership of girls, you invest in a nation,” and was proud to witness her humanitarian efforts coming to fruition.
While Oprah has been very blessed with a successful career as a talk show host, she explained that it would mean nothing unless she could in turn help those who need it most.
