And the Oscar goes to...Oprah Winfrey? Yes, you read that right. Hot off the press, the Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the queen of talk will receive an Honorary Oscar for her philanthropy work!

Oprah will receive the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for her off-screen philanthropy on November 12, as noted by E! News. The 3rd annual Governors Awards will honor her good deeds such as her foundation, Angel Network and girls school in South Africa.
