Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, had a ski accident and then returned to the slopes the following day!

The 18-year-old's accident on Saturday put him on a stretcher, and he was whisked away to the hospital, as reported by Celebuzz.
