It's been a really tough year for the cast of Glee. There was the loss of star Cory Monteith in July, the announcement that the show will be over after next season, and now a guest star of the show, Charice, has attempted suicide.

Charice, now 21, appeared on Glee back in season two for several episodes, playing a singer who was so talented, she finally provided a rival to Rachel Berry (Lea Michele). Charice is a popular singer in her home country of the Philippines, where she rose to prominence via YouTube. Her grandmother, Teresita Relucio, reports, per RadarOnline.com, that Charice attempted suicide by cutting her wrists, and that she is suffering due to problematic finances.

Charice came out as a lesbian earlier this year. This is not the first time there have been rumors about her financial instability. Here's hoping she gets all the emotional support she needs!
