'Tiger King’ Star Joe Exotic Launches New Animal Print Underwear Collection From Prison

Underwear suited for a king! Tiger King star Joe Exotic may be wearing state issued underwear in prison, but that’s not stopping him from building his own fashion empire. Starting Monday, September 7, anyone can purchase underwear with the former zoo owner’s face on it.

The themed underwear is part of the Netflix star’s Revenge collection — titled Joe Exotic X Odaingerous — with L.A. based streetwear brand Odaingerous.

On the brand's website, they describe the collection as “bold, iconic, edgy and Odaingerously unapologetic,” and that “Joe Exotic embodies these traits and more.”

“The limited-edition capsule has been specifically designed with Joe Exotic’s exuberant personality and creative direction. So many of the qualities in this collection aligned with the things Joe experienced on and off the show,” the site continued. “Odaingerous shows the good, bad & the ugly side of Tiger King.”

CEO Odain Watson told Us Weekly that the “collection is full of expertly crafted underwear made to highlight your most treasured assets.” The designs will obviously include animal-print themed patterns and underwear with the zookeeper’s name written on them.

This is the brand’s second time working with the television personality. He signed a 6-month deal with the company back in April and released their first collaboration in May. The entire limited-edition line — which consisted of face masks, T-shirts, sweatshirts and more — sold out in one day.

Exotic is currently serving 22 years in prison. The Oklahoma zookeeper was convicted on 17 charges of animal abuse and two counts of murder for hire against animal activist Carole Baskin.

The zookeeper was convicted of trying to hire someone to kill Baskin after she continuously tried to shut his business down, accusing the Oklahoma animal park staff of abusing animals and selling big cat cubs.

To seek revenge on Baskin, Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, began asking outrageous questions about what actually happened to Baskin’s former husband. In the Netflix documentary, Exotic claimed that Baskin killed her husband and possibly fed him to her tigers.

Baskin has adamantly denied all the claims and has never been charged with any crime in connection with the disappearance of her former husband.

On Wednesday September 2, it was revealed that Baskin, 59, will be putting on her dancing shoes as she is joining the cast of Dancing With the Stars for season 29. Other celebs rounding out the cast are singer Nelly, Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause, Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean, and more.

Will Baskin sport any of Exotic's new collection while on the dance floor? Only time will tell.
