Scarlett Johansson always looks perfect and glamorous on the red carpet, but behind her luminous smile and beautiful appearance there is a lot of sweat!

She is definitely one of Hollywood's hottest leading ladies, but walking the red carpet is not a breeze for the star — she actually needs a breeze while posing for pictures.

“I like the getting ready part. I like the hair and the makeup and the pretty dress… It’s just getting on the red carpet, I just instantly flop sweat,” Scarlett admitted to Ellen DeGeneres on an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing today.

“It’s a weird chemical reaction I have somehow to the red carpet,” she explained. “I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s just the carpet itself.”

Ellen suggested that if the carpet were a different color, it may help Scarlett's sweating issue.

“Exactly, maybe we should have had a green carpet,” Scarlett said.

Scarlett also admitted she "flops" sweat while performing as a singer.

“I probably need a shot to stop that,” she joked.
