Adele Cuddles With Boyfriend Rich Paul At NBA All-Star Game Without Giant Diamond Ring That Sparked Engagement Rumors

Adele was spotted cozying up to boyfriend Rich Paul at a basketball game over the weekend — but her giant diamond ring seemed to be missing from her finger.
The songstress, 33, previously flaunted the sparkling ring at the Brit Awards earlier this month, leading fans to wonder whether she was engaged to the sports agent.

But the singer's flashy ring has now seemingly been swapped out for a more simple piece of jewelry, which she was seen wearing at the 2022 NBA All-Star game on Sunday, February 20. In the photos obtained by Daily Mail, Adele was seen wearing a thin gold band instead, causing the engagement speculation to become unclear.
Adele and her handsome beau, 40, sat courtside for Sunday's NBA event, which took place at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The Grammy-winner looked fabulous in the crowd, as she was clad in a leopard print coat, along with a pair of black stockings and heeled boots.

Adele has yet to confirm or deny the engagement rumors, and she recently tried dodging a question about her ring during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show last week. When asked whether she was engaged, she slyly told the interviewer: "If I was would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't," as OK! learned.

The engagement speculation comes in the wake of her Las Vegas residency cancellation, which sparked an avalanche of outrage and backlash directed at the "Easy on Me" vocalist.
While Adele insisted the cancellation, which was announced a mere 24 hours before she was set to take the stage, was caused by a slew of COVID-19-related delays, other reports alleged it actually had to do with a rift between her and Rich. (Reports also credited her "nightmare" behavior as why the show wasn't ready in time.)
As OK! reported, a source previously claimed Adele "got extremely needy and kept begging Rich to come to Vegas, and when he couldn't, things got loud and confrontational."

"She'd be saying things like, 'I need you here, why aren't you here?' and would go from fiery to teary in a heartbeat," spilled the source.
According to the insider, the plans for the show fell apart as she realized her rumored fiancé wouldn't be by her side. After she shared the heartbreaking news with her fans, "Adele went straight to Rich's home in Beverly Hills and has been holed up there ever since, crying and raging."
"He's doing everything he can for her, but she's pressing him for more than he can give," the source candidly concluded.
