Woods was arrested and charged with a DUI, property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test after flipping his Land Rover while trying to avoid "a pickup truck pulling a pressure cleaner trailer."

"The driver of [the pickup truck] looked in his mirror and saw a dark colored Land Rover overtaking him at high speeds," read an official report.
