Angelina Jolie Looks Stone Cold At Dinner With Son Pax As Her Messy Custody War With Brad Pitt Continues
Angelina Jolie took teenage son Pax out for dinner — but appeared to be too bothered by the paparazzi to enjoy her mother-son bonding time.
The actress chose one of the most paparazzi-packed restaurants in Los Angeles, Nobu, but seemed livid with the commotion surrounding her evening out with her son, as she was seen looking straight-faced with an icy glare.
The Hollywood star blew past photographers, not even bothering to look in their direction, during her night on the town with her recent high school graduate on Thursday, August 12.
The 46-year-old's outing comes after she took home a win in her nasty custody war with ex Brad Pitt.
As Radar reported, a California appeals court disqualified the judge used in the former flames' divorce case after the mother-of-five — who shares Maddox, 20, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and 13-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with Pitt — complained that the judge failed to disclose his relationship with Pitt's attorneys.

The 2nd District Court of Appeal kicked Judge John W. Ouderkirk off the case last month. Ouderkirk previously granted Pitt joint custody of the exes' kids; however, his decision could now be thrown out — which still wouldn't guarantee a win for Jolie.
"She’s still got an uphill battle because now there is historical observation rather than future projection [of how the children are doing]," Los Angeles divorce attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan explained of Jolie. Nevertheless, the Maleficent actress was elated by her victory. "Angelina is grateful to seek a fair decision regarding custody for the children," a source dished.
As OK! reported, the brunette beauty insisted in August that the "judge is compromised" because of his longstanding ties to Pitt's team. At the time, Ouderkirk said Jolie had "clearly failed" to prove bias on his part.
The famed former couple still appear to be a long way from ending their legal woes, but the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor is keen on ending their war, OK! reported. Pitt reportedly met with his legal team to "get his ducks in a row" since he "knows Angelina won’t stop," an insider said, "so he wants to review his next steps."
Jolie filed for divorce from her The Mr. and Mrs. Smith costar back in 2016.
