Ashley Iaconetti has experience on reality TV, but she admits starring on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island is unlike anything she's done before.

"My heart will always be so closely tied with The Bachelor. If it weren't for The Bachelor, I don't know where my life would be. It's given me my family, my husband, my kids, my career. It's out of this world what it's done for me. But then Housewives — this is a whole different beast. It can be a beast. It can be scary, but I've been super grateful. I've made friends through it, and it's been fun to go on this ride again with press and chatter. It's fun. That's all I can say," the Bachelor in Paradise alum, 38, exclusively told OK! while joining Suja Organic at City Pickle Times Square to showcase Suja Organic's Loves collection – a line of delicious, better-for-you refreshers with functional ingredients.

The brunette babe, who shares two kids with husband Jared Haibon, finds it funny that her cast members think she is "quiet" on the Bravo show.

"People are like, 'Oh, she's so demure.' Alicia [Carmody] says that I'm like from Nebraska. She's like, 'Oh, she's this sweet Midwestern girl who just does her work on the prairie.' And I'm like, 'I'm from just outside D.C., a hugely major metropolitan area.' I have a personality that has taken me on seasons of another franchise, but in the Housewives world, I am demure," she shared.

"Joe Amabile and I were talking one time about how it's funny when you take Bachelor contestants and put them on any other reality show — The Traitors, any sort of competition-type show — we always seem like the chiller, no-drama ones. Hey, I'll sit in that position as long as they'll take me," she quipped.

Though Iaconetti certainly made a splash in Bachelor Nation, she's fortunate she didn't get much backlash during Season 1 of the Bravo series.

"I didn't really have any major conflicts during season one. So it wasn't like I was going through social media and seeing a couple hundred hate comments. The worst that it really got for me was, 'Oh, she's boring. She doesn't belong on a Housewives show. She's a nice girl, but not built for Housewives.' And I'm like, 'All right.' That was the worst I got. So it wasn't some sort of shock to my system. But yeah, the whole, 'Let's see what people are saying about me on a Sunday night' came back," she stated.

RHORI became one of Bravo's breakout hits, ranking among cable's top-performing programs — a success Iaconetti says felt like a home run.

"I mean, while we were recording Season 1, we were just recording. It felt like, 'Okay, that could be good TV.' There were some days where you're like, 'Oh, what did we do today? Nothing.' Then to see it turn out so well... If I were to step outside and not be a cast member, I'd be like, 'This was really good TV.' So it was awesome. It was really, really great. The production team, all the other girls — we just made magic," she said of the first season. "I don't know if I'll be around next season, but there will be a next season, and I'm very happy for everybody."

"I've never played pickleball before, and I've taken a couple hits right now, and it just feels right. I like the feeling of the ball on the paddle. I think I'm gonna have to take this up. One of my friends and castmates from Real Housewives of Rhode Island, Rosie [Woods DiMare], plays pickleball all the time. So now I'm gonna say, 'I'll play with you.' But I'm here with Suja Organic, and I love this juice. This juice brings me back to living in L.A. in my 20s because you don't really get fresh juice when you live in Rhode Island. It's one of the downfalls of Rhode Island. We don't have kale or leafy, hearty greens. We really don't. We have a lot of iceberg lettuce. So it's shocking to see something that has actual fruit and not really anything else in your bottle. I love Suja, and that it is in grocery stores — normal Rhode Island grocery stores," she said. "They're refreshing. They've got probiotics, so if you're like me and you're not gonna remember to take a probiotic every day — because I will not."

The mom-of-two enjoys sipping on Ginger Love, in addition to the Uber Greens.

"It's really an amazingly fresh-tasting green juice," she noted. "I would say I have lemonade of any kind, but this kind is especially perfect for summer because it's bottled and I can drop it in my beach bag and have it there. I try to get to the beach as much as possible because Rhode Island summers are only like 10 weeks."

She added, "So I love this for summer, but I really will have it all year round. I'm just a lemonade girl. Ever since being pregnant... during pregnancy I had a water aversion, and that was awful. But after being pregnant, one of my weird things is that I need to have a little flavor in anything. So, having this as a hydrator in my refrigerator is so nice. Sometimes I'll dump like a quarter of it into a big tumbler of water just for a little something."
