Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez Continue House Hunting After $50 Million Mansion Deal Falls Through: Photos
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are not giving up on finding their dream marital home.
The Hollywood power couple spent Easter weekend continuing to house hunt after their $50 million Bel-Air mansion reportedly fell out of escrow.
The Good Will Hunting actor, 49, and his Maid in Manhattan star fiancée, 52, were seen touring a lot on Saturday, April 16, that appeared to be very much under construction. The rekindled duo was also spotted looking around properties the following day in the Bel-Air area.
The real estate shopping comes after Affleck and Lopez originally made an offer on the 20,000 square foot estate in March. However, sources close to the engaged couple told Radar that the deal fell through, possibly after the home went through inspection.
The new residence will have to be big enough for the couple's blended family, which includes Affleck's daughters, Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, as well as his son, Samuel, 10, who he shares with ex- Jennifer Garner. Lopez also has two children of her own: 14-year-old twins Emme and Max, whom she shares with Marc Anthony.

As OK! previously reported, Affleck and Lopez, dubbed Bennifer, announced their second engagement on Friday, April 8, via the "Let's Get Loud" singer's newsletter. They first met in 2002 while filming Gigli together. The handsome hunk proposed to his now-fiancée for the first time in 2002, but they called off their nuptials in 2003 and went their separate ways in 2004.
While confirming their plan to walk down the aisle for a second time, the Selena star showed off her latest stunning sparkler in a photo of herself with her new hardware from the Boston native, adding, "You're perfect."

In February, Lopez revealed what made her second shot at a relationship with Affleck better than before, noting: "We're older now, we're smarter, we have more experience, we're at different places in our lives, we have kids now, and we have to be very conscious of those things. We're so protective because it is such a beautiful time for all of us."
"It's beautiful the way it feels very different than it was years ago. … There's more of an appreciation and a celebration for it, which is nice. … When you find somebody and you really, really love them and you get a second chance at that? That is a really rare, precious, beautiful thing and we don't take it for granted," she maintained.
As for the Argo actor, he believes their love story is one for the books: "I can say that it's definitely beautiful to me. It is a good story. It's a great story. And, you know, maybe one day I'll tell it. I'll write it all out. And then I'll light it on fire."
