Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez aren't wasting any time in making their new massive $50 million estate ready for their joint family.
The power couple visited the Bel-Air property over the weekend, with J.Lo's 14-year-old daughter, Emme, along with their security team, tagging along, according to TMZ. Affleck and Lopez spent two hours at the home, as the actor was spotted taking snaps inside the 20,000 square ft. pad before heading out.
While Affleck, 49, and the songstress, 52 — who reconciled last April following their 2004 split — are set to drop a whopping $50 million on the Los Angeles estate, it seems they snagged a deal, as it was reportedly first listed in February for a jaw-dropping $65 million.

The couple will have plenty of amenities to entertain both sets of children, as the stunning property — that was put on the market by Texas Billionaire Todd Lemkin after he snatched it up for $27.6 million in 2016 — boasts a home theater, a gym, multiple kitchens and an infinity-edge pool.
There will also be plenty of space for each child to have their own room, as the secluded house offers 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.
Despite their several children running around the home, Affleck and Lopez, who continuously send the rumor mill into overdrive regarding a possible engagement, will be able to enjoy some peace and quiet in their primary suite, which has been marketed as an “ultimate retreat.” Apart from a sitting room, the main bedroom offers double baths and closets — making it the perfect fit for a global superstar and A-list actor!
