Blac Chyna Subpoenas Twitter Over Rob Kardashian's Alleged Revenge Porn Posts In Grueling Lawsuit, Social Media Platform Objects
Blac Chyna is putting in the work to help make her case in the upcoming trial against Rob Kardashian for alleged revenge porn.
Chyna is taking her baby daddy and his famous family, including momager Kris Jenner, as well as sisters Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, to court for spreading alleged lies that she abused Rob in an attempt to convince E! execs to cancel her show, Rob & Chyna.
She's also suing Rob for allegedly leaking explicit photos of her online after they broke up in late 2016 following the alleged altercation at Kylie's house, where Rob accused Chyna of using an iPhone cord to try to strangle him and striking him with a 6 ft. metal pole while drunk.
In Chyna's new motion, she stated that on July 5, 2017, “Mr. Kardashian posted hateful posts” involving her on Instagram. Though his account was immediately shut down, the sock designer reportedly reposted the photos on Twitter, which in turn banned him from the platform.
The mother-of-two said she is seeking documents related to "Twitter’s business records relating to Twitter’s communications with [Kardashian] and with the other Defendants concerning Rob Kardashian, Twitter’s internal decision to ban [Kardashian] From Twitter; and Twitter’s communications with [Chyna] and any internal communications relating to [Chyna.]"
The social media platform is refusing to comply with a court order, according to Radar. A judge has yet to rule.

In Chyna's suit, she maintained Rob caused her "significant damages" after he claimed she cheated on him and abused alcohol, in addition to causing her emotional distress for allegedly posting her naked photos. Shortly after Chyna filed her suit, Rob sued her for the alleged altercation. He dropped the years-long suit in February, only days before the two were set to go to trial.

Meanwhile, her ex isn't done giving her some trouble, as she claimed to have tried to depose Rob multiple times since January, and he has objected her attempts despite previously agreeing to show up.
Chyna and Rob — who share 5-year-old daughter Dream — seemingly have a long way to go in their messy legal battle, as the Instagram model wants to face off against the father of her children and his famous family in two separate trials.
According to the 33-year-old, the defendants threatened her Rob & Chyna reality show by insisting they wouldn't continue to shoot Keeping Up with the Kardashians unless it was canceled. Season 2 of her show already had the green light and was set to make nearly $1 million, and because of the Kardashians, Chyna claimed she lost millions.
