Britney Spears & Sam Asghari Have Not Made Wedding Plans, The Couple Is Waiting For Conservatorship Ruling: Source
Although Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are engaged, their decision to get hitched and have children might depend on the status of her conservatorship.
Insiders told TMZ that the couple have not made any wedding plans due to Spears' conservatorship battle. A hearing is reportedly scheduled for November 12 to determine if the conservatorship should end.
They are also holding off on arranging a prenuptial agreement until a decision is made. The pair want to buy a house together but are not moving forward due to the conservatorship, the outlet reported.
An insider previously told TMZ that the "Womanizer" singer and her fiancé are thinking about moving out of The Valley and living closer to the Hollywood/L.A. area. Spears also wants to move because she has too many bad memories in her current home.
Spears' dad, Jamie Spears, was suspended from the conservatorship in September. John Zabel was appointed as temporary conservator of her estate. At the time, her attorney Mathew Rosengart told the court that the "conservatorship can and should be wound up and terminated promptly — ideally this fall."

In June, the 39-year-old told the court that the conservatorship was doing her much more harm than good.
An OK! insider previously spilled that the pop icon is "relieved this nightmare is almost over. She feels her voice is finally being heard."
"Britney hasn’t been allowed to talk about the hell she’s been through, especially how the restrictions affected her relationship with Sam," the insider said. The couple is also said to be "annoyed" with the recent documentaries about the "Toxic" singer's life.
According to the insider, Spears wants to do "a sit-down with Sam right by her side." "Sam’s witnessed so much of what Britney’s gone through," the source explained, "so she wants him to be a part of it."
The pair announced their engagement on September 13. They first met in 2016 when the hunk was cast in the blonde beauty's "Slumber Party" music video.
