Brooklyn Beckham, Nicola Peltz Buy First Home Together For $10.5 Million — Tour The Enchanting Beverly Hills Estate With Steam Room, Spa, More
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are making some serious moves. The engaged couple celebrated the first anniversary of their engagement by purchasing their first home together — a $10.5 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
The son of superstar couple David and Victoria Beckham and the blonde bombshell were apparently so keen on snatching up the glamorous estate that they paid $1 million over the asking price, TMZ reported. And while a $10.5 million paycheck seems like a hefty sum for a 22-year-old and 26-year-old, Beckham and Peltz aren't the average young couple.
OK! previously reported that the Beckhams are worth around $450.64 million, while Peltz’s father has $1.48 billion in the bank. And there's no need to worry about any financial entanglement if things go south, since the lovebirds reportedly already signed a prenup ahead of their wedding. The pair decided that they'll leave the marriage "with what they put into it," said a source, which includes their assets and finances.
The good looking couple began dating in October 2019 and confirmed their engagement in July of last year. And while they hoped to tie the knot last September, they had to postpone their monumental day until 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Meanwhile, the soon-to-be newlyweds will be able to happily reside together in their magnificent new estate.
