The songstress listed her abode for $3.95 million, only a few years after purchasing the sweet escape for $3.4 million in April 2019. If the new owner agrees on the asking price, Cabello will turn over a $500K profit.
It's unclear where the 24-year-old is looking to move to, but she and beau Shawn Mendes were previously house-hunting together in Miami back in December, Daily Mail reported.
The Hollywood couple began dating in July 2019, and have been head-over-heels for each other ever since. Aside from Cabello and Mendes already having a duet together, "Señorita," the handsome hunk dedicated tons of bops to his longtime girlfriend on his fourth studio album, Wonder.
Despite the fact that the musicians are both constantly on the go, a potential love nest for the two would allow them ample time to wind down together after their busy days.
Regardless of where Cabello is headed next, she reportedly already vacated her former abode.
