Cheslie Kryst's 'Extra' Cohosts Billy Bush, Rachel Lindsay & Other Celebs Pay Tribute To The Late News Correspondent After Her Tragic Death
Tributes continue to pour in for the late entertainment news anchor Cheslie Kryst after her tragic passing.
The late EXTRA correspondent and attorney was only 30-years-old when she allegedly jumped to her death from her New York City apartment building on Sunday, January 30.
Her former cohost Billy Bush penned a touching tribute to the young star on Instagram on Monday, January 31, alongside a photo of her on the red carpet with Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, as he wrote: "The @extratv family grieves with the family @chesliekryst. She was positive, hardworking, fun and of course beautiful."
"Always dancing in between takes. This is a complete shock to all. We are left with great sadness because the best was definitely yet to come for this special person. #RIP Chez," the host, 50, concluded.
Another cohost of the entertainment show Rachel Lindsay also paid tribute to the former Miss USA in her own Instagram post. "Cheslie…this is how I want to remember you. Your beautiful smile, your infectious spirit, and your kind soul. You lit up every room," the former Bachelorette, 36, wrote.
"You impacted every single person who had the pleasure of getting to know you. You always left a lasting impression. You were fabulous, beyond intelligent, beautiful, supportive and warm-hearted," Lindsay continued. "You inspired me with every thing you stood for and represented. I can’t believe I am writing this…I will miss you forever 💔."

Model Olivia Culpo wrote sweet words about Kryst under her last Instagram post: "You were always so kind and full of light. The ultimate role model with so much to offer the world. Rest in peace sweet Cheslie."
Comedian Loni Love shared a clip of her and Kryst during an Interview via Twitter, writing: "This is how I will remember #CheslieKryst.. smart, beautiful and talented.. I wish we had more time …Such a wonderful young woman.. Condolences and prayers to her family."
Former NFL player Victor Cruz, 35, wrote on Instagram: "Just the kindest, most beautiful soul you could come across. We had so much fun working those red carpets together."
As OK! previously reported, Kryst's body was discovered at 7:15 A.M. on Sunday in the street below the 60-story Orion building. The model lived on the ninth floor and was last seen by witnesses on the twenty-ninth floor terrace.
While New York Police officers are still investigating the incident, eagle eyed fans couldn't help but notice her hauntingly cryptic last post shared on the day of her death. "May this day bring you rest and peace ❤️," Kryst wrote alongside a stunning photo of herself.
