As OK! previously reported, the real estate duo called it quits last week five months after going public with their relationship. The reason for their split appeared to stem from a disagreement regarding their wants for starting a family.

The recently single brunette shared a candid message on social media following their split. "Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward," she shared via Instagram last week. "Men have the luxury of time that women don’t and that’s just the way it goes."

The pair went public with their relationship in July when the Days Of Our Lives alum shared photos from a cast trip to Capri, Italy. She surprised fans when she included a shot of her cozying up next to her boss. Adding fuel to the fire, Jason left a heart emoji in the comment section while his twin wrote, "Love you Chrishell. Thank you for making my brother happy," at the time.

Jason is the All My Children alums boss at the Oppenheim Group real estate firm featured in the Netflix smash hit docuseries.
