Are DaBaby And Jojo Siwa Feuding? See Social Media Users' Hilarious Reactions
Naturally, the internet exploded with memes. Social media users instantly began to question the possible connection between the 17-year-old YouTube personality and 29-year-old rapper.
DaBaby has since explained that the apparent name drop wasn’t actually a diss at the former Dance Moms star via social media. The "Suge" crooner said the lyric "siwa" meant, "see why," and "Jojo" was a reference to his real name, Jonathan Lyndale Kirk; therefore, the lyric actually meant, "Jonathan see why."
"my 3 year old princess is your number 1 fan. I bought her every product you have out. She think she you," the rapper tweeted to the teen star on February 21. "Don’t let em trick you into thinking id ever have a problem with you. My word play just went over their heads. All love on my end shawty, Keep shinning!"
"I don’t 'Siwa' they so mad either bae," he later joked to a fan.
