The vacation photos come after Lovato made a cameo in Camp Rock 3, which premiered on Disney Channel on August 13 — 18 years after the original Camp Rock debuted in 2008.
Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam followed two years later, continuing the story of Mitchie Torres and the campers at Camp Rock.
Lovato had previously been announced as an executive producer on the third installment without an on-screen role. Her surprise appearance marked another fun connection to the franchise that helped make her a household name.

The Jonas Brothers are also back, serving as executive producers while reprising their roles as Connect 3 bandmates. Joe Jonas returns as Shane Gray, Nick Jonas as Nate Gray and Kevin Jonas as Jason Gray.
Maria Canals-Barrera is also returning as Mitchie’s mother, Connie.
The official logline for Camp Rock 3 read, “When Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, they return to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing.
