A family affair! Dancing pros Julianne and Derek Hough soaked up the sun over the weekend at the beach in fabulous Venice, Calif.
While Derek took a dip in the ocean in traditional swim shorts, his famous sister wore a more unconventional outfit for their sibling outing — a brown coordinating sports bra and leggings set.
Julianne is keeping herself busy lately post split from her former hockey beau Brooks Laich in November 2020 after three years of marriage. The Safe Haven actress debuted a major transformation last month that many claimed left her unrecognizable.
The Dancing With the Stars diva ditched her signature bob for sexy waist-length hair extensions and debuted noticeably “fuller lips,” a source dished exclusively to OK!. "It looks like Julianne had fillers injected in both lips, but she clearly got carried away," added an insider. "She was such a pretty girl already and her lips looked fine to her friends and family."
The source continued, "Between the hair extensions” and the “spray tan,” Julianne “hardly looks like her old self," referring to the professional dancer’s March 15 selfie. But it doesn't seem the blonde bombshell is too fazed by what other people think. "Her confidence is sky-high right now. She's sad her marriage has come to an end, but she's finally feeling open to new experiences," said another source.
As for Derek, he is enjoying his down time before the new season of DWTS gets underway, as it was just renewed for a 30th season. ABC announced late last month that the dance competition has been picked up for its milestone season with Tyra Banks returning as host and the blonde hottie set to return for his second season as a judge.
