Erika Jayne Says Estranged Husband Tom Girardi Called Her Five Times While Filming 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Reunion Special
It seems that Erika Jayne still cares about her estranged husband Tom Girardi.
Jayne revealed on the final segment of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion that she has spoken to the attorney since she announced their split last year.
The 50-year-old told Andy Cohen during the special, which aired on Wednesday, November 3, that she reached out to Girardi when she saw he was looking frail and thin in August.
"I just wanted to make sure he was safe," the Pretty Mess author explained. "Because after the pictures came out, he looked so bad that I just wanted to make sure he was in the right place."
Jayne said she questioned Girardi about their legal and financial woes. "I’ve asked him how he could put me in this position," she revealed. "[I asked], 'Why would you leave me with millions of dollars of lawsuits pointed at me?'"
Earlier this year, the attorney was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer's and dementia. "Andy, he doesn’t even acknowledge anything," Jayne explained. "None of it. It doesn’t even matter what he says because he’s incompetent. So I’m left holding the f*****g bag."
"He’s not capable of understanding it when I’ve pressed," she shared. "And I probably shouldn’t even be telling you that."

Jayne was emotional when Cohen asked how she felt about Girardi moving into an assisted living facility. The blonde beauty said she hopes he is "safe."
During season 11 of RHOBH, the singer said the 82-year-old called her often but she has not spoken to him since they split. The reunion was filmed in September and Jayne said Girardi still calls her and had called her five times while the special was being filmed.
Jayne also maintained during the special that she was unaware of Girardi's alleged misdoings. "Lets be clear here. I wouldn't [be on the show] because you can't hide s*** like this," she said. "This is not some master plan. This is not Erika being some financial f*****g mastermind. This is a tragic sequence of events that are completely terrible."
Weeks after Jayne and Girardi split, the pair was named in a lawsuit alleging that they embezzled settlement money intended for the families of the victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash in 2018. The blonde beauty is being sued for $25 million by the trustee handling Girardi's law firm's bankruptcy case.
Jayne told the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host that she "[doesn’t] know" why she is being sued. "This is a very long bankruptcy that will be pulled apart, both his firm and his personal bankruptcy," she said. "I am being sued by everyone who thinks I’ve got some magical pot of gold at some rainbow."
