Erika Jayne jetted off on a tropical vacation after a whirlwind season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that saw her ongoing messy legal battle with ex Tom Girardi play out for the whole world to see.
On Friday, November 19, the 50-year-old posted a stunning shot of her enjoying a little R&R. “Fun in the MF sun ☀️ #finally,” she captioned a snap of her doing what appeared to be a yoga pose via Instagram. The Broadway star sported a colorful caftan with a large gold chain.
Her followers gushed over the fabulous beach photo. “Yaaaaay yeeeees queen i’m so happy for you to have a fun beach day & living ya best life 🥰🥰👏🏻👏🏻👸🏼👸🏼👸🏼👸🏼✨✨✨✨❤️❤️,” a user wrote, while another commented: “Your gorgeous ! Love you! Stay strong. You don’t have to act the way others are telling you too. Be you! Only you know what he put you through. And the truth will come out!”
The Dancing with the Stars alum — who recently revealed she was dating again — filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020 after 20 years of marriage. Within weeks, the estranged couple was embroiled in a messy lawsuit amid allegations they pocketed money intended for the families of the victims in the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash.
Jayne was then slapped with a lawsuit demanding she repay $25 million to Girardi’s creditors who claim she used the money to fund her lavish lifestyle.

As her legal troubles mount, she has been trying to unload the Pasadena mansion she shared with Girardi to pocket some cash. The gorgeous home, which sits on a 1.72-acre lot and includes four bedrooms, nine bathrooms and five fireplaces was originally listed for $13 million.
The price was cut down to $11.5 million in June, before being slashed to $8.9 million in August. Now, the abode is being listed at $8.2 million — a whopping 37% drop from its original price, reported NY Post.
