Gabby Petito's Fiancé Brian Laundrie MIA As Bombshell Reports Expose Their Volatile Relationship, Pals Claim He Was Manipulative & Controlling
Gabby Petito’s fiancé Brian Laundrie is MIA.
After initial reports surfaced the boyfriend of the missing influencer's whereabouts “are currently unknown,” the attorney for the Petito family quickly wanted to set the record straight.
“All of Gabby's family want the world to know that Brian is not missing, he is hiding. Gabby is missing,” Richard Stafford told CNN.
The seemingly happy couple had been on a cross-country excursion since early July. Relatives last had contact with Petito on August 25, when she was near Jackson, Wyoming.
The 23-year-old packed up his belongings and returned home to Florida without his girlfriend in the white Ford Transit van the two had been sightseeing in.
Laundrie — who has been named a person of interest in his fiancé's disappearance — reported Petito missing on September 11 — 10 days after he returned to his parent’s house.

Laundrie has repeatedly refused to cooperate in the investigation regarding his missing girlfriend. The budding influencer’s family has accused Laundrie and his relatives of withholding valuable information that could lead to solving the puzzling case.
As the FBI is searching for Laundrie, new reports have surfaced that expose a dark side of Petito’s future hubby.
Petito’s friends spilled to the Daily Mail Laundrie showed signs of extreme jealousy and control issues. They also alleged he experienced “episodes” where he would hear voices and not sleep for extended periods of time.
Rose Davis described Laundrie as manipulative and controlling, detailing an incident where he allegedly stole Petito’s ID so she couldn’t get into any bars and had to stay home to be with him.
The pal also noted that Petito would often flee to her home to get away from Laundrie. “Gabby had to stay at my house a bunch of times because she just needed a breather and didn’t want to go home to him,” she explained.
The hunt for Laundrie is ongoing as authorities seek answers in the mysterious disappearance of Petito.
