As OK! previously reported, Hickerson was arrested in Wyoming on February 14, 2020, after he allegedly punched Panettiere during an argument.

Brian, 30 at the time, was taken into custody around 2:30 a.m. on Valentine’s Day following the reported altercation. He allegedly struck Panettiere, also 30 at the time, with a closed fist.

“I can confirm that he was arrested on February 14 and charged with domestic battery. He’s been released. We don’t have him in custody anymore. His bail was set at $5,000,” Detective Clayton Platt told RadarOnline.com.

The Teton County Sheriff’s Office in Wyoming responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Jackson. The caller reportedly said an intoxicated man had been locked outside of the home.

Authorities were told he had allegedly been locked out after punching his girlfriend in the face.

When officers arrived, they reportedly found Hickerson standing in the driveway. The South Carolina native allegedly told police that Panettiere was inside the house, "saying he beat the f--- out of me."
