Hayden Panettiere & Boyfriend Brian Hickerson Get Into Fight With Fellow Bar Patrons Outside Sunset Marquis Hotel: Report
Hayden Panettiere and boyfriend Brian Hickerson found themselves in a squabble outside the Sunset Marquis hotel.
On Thursday, March 24, the actress, 32, and the real estate agent, 32, got into an all out brawl on the sunset strip with fellow bar patrons where Panettiere could be heard yelling, "Brian, jail!" as she tried to pry Hickerson off the people he was fighting with — as her partner is currently on probation until 2025.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the South Carolina native can be seen getting into it with a large group of people before security steps in to try to subdue the situation. However, Hickerson was able to loosen himself from the grips of security and go after the group once again.
An eyewitness told the outlet that the tension began inside of the hotel bar, where some sort of argument started between the Nashville star, Hickerson and some fellow patrons after Hickerson alleged that one of the members of the group spat on him.
The manager then kicked both parties out of the establishment — which led to their fight on the street.

After the fight died down, Panettiere profusely apologized to the staff as she and Hickerson made their way back into the hotel. Authorities reportedly arrived on scene after the brawl had been broken up.
As OK! exclusively reported, despite the two having a tumultuous history of alleged domestic violence, the Heroes star has no issue with hanging out with Hickerson again. “Everyone keeps telling Hayden that Brian is bad news, but she’s sick and tired of people butting in and telling her how to live her life," an insider noted.
Panettiere — who shares daughter Kaya, 6, with ex-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko, “admits Brian skewed up royally in the past, but she insists he’s a changed man and sees nothing wrong with hanging out together."
As OK! previously reported, Hickerson arrived at the Men's Central Jail in Downtown Los Angeles last year on Friday, May 7, to serve his sentence after being arrested on charges of domestic violence and assault against his ex.
He was then ordered to spend to 45 days in jail after pleading no contest on Tuesday, April 20, to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or girlfriend. He was also arrested on six other counts, which included battery, assault with a deadly weapon and dissuading a witness, but they were all dismissed.
