Bam Margera's Wife Nicole Boyd Files For Custody Of Their Son, But Will Allow Visitation
Things aren't looking up for Bam Margera just yet.
The former Jackass star's wife Nicole Boyd filed documents in Los Angeles on Wednesday, September 15, seeking full custody of their 3-year-old son Phoenix Wolf, TMZ reports. However, she does not seem to want to pull the plug on the coparent's marriage, as she did not file for divorce.
The outlet reported that Boyd is willing to give Margera visitation rights, on the condition that he has a monitor. Margera can reportedly select the monitor, but she must approve the person.
The professional skateboarder and Boyd tied the knot in 2013.
Boyd's move comes on the heels of the 41-year-old suing the Jackass team after he was axed from the upcoming film earlier this year.

He is suing Jackass co-creators Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze and Jeffrey Tremaine, as well as Paramount Pictures, MTV, Dickhouse Entertainment and Gorilla Flicks. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, he is alleging that he was pressured into signing agreements that are said to have led to "psychological torture."
He claimed that Knoxville, Jonze and Tremaine pressured him into signing a "wellness agreement" while he was in rehab in 2019, regarding his participation in the Jackass Forever movie.
Margera alleged he was not given enough time to run the contract by his lawyer. The reality star also said he had to take regular drug and alcohol tests. He said he had to take prescription drugs which left him "depressed and drained."
Margera was fired from the fourth Jackass film in February because he did not abide by the conditions of the agreement when he reportedly tested positive for Adderall. Margera said he was being prescribed Adderall for 10 years, OK! previously reported.
Meanwhile, Tremaine was granted a three-year restraining order against Margera regarding threats he allegedly made.
