Jim Curtis praises Jennifer Aniston for staying grounded despite her fame.
“It’s going really well,” Curtis said when asked about their relationship.
“My experience of her is so grounded and so open and caring and kind and loving," he added.
He also opened up about the actress’ close-knit circle of friends, describing them as a “group of best friends that are like family.”
“I feel incredibly blessed to be part and welcomed into that family,” he said, adding “And I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so open-hearted.”
The wellness expert also praised the Emmy-winning star for remaining grounded despite her decades of fame.
“She has an opportunity. Like, you would understand if she was less so,” he said. He described Aniston as “a real example of stepping into possibility,” noting how she went from “living in New York and New Jersey” to becoming a household name while still managing to “retain herself.”

Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis rely on meditation and communication in their relationship.
And when it comes to disagreements, Curtis revealed that he and Aniston have their own way of keeping things calm. The couple doesn’t necessarily turn to a specific relationship prayer, but instead relies on communication and meditation.
“We do a lot of meditation, we do a lot of talk,” he explained.
After host Jamie Kern Lima discussed a prayer she and her husband use during disagreements, “I’m sorry. I’m listening. Thank you. I love you," the author explained that he and Aniston have used it before, but it isn’t the first tool they reach for.
“Jen and I have been together a year and a half, so this tool isn’t the first tool that we go to,” he added. Instead, they rely on “meditation, acceptance, understanding.”
“Those kinds of things,” Curtis said, adding, “In the honeymoon phase, your tools don’t have to be like big sledgehammers.”

Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis were first spotted together on Mallorca yacht trip.
Curtis’ comments come as the couple continues to give glimpses into their romance. They were first photographed together during a yacht trip in Mallorca last summer alongside Aniston’s longtime friends Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman and Amanda Anka.
More recently, the couple was spotted leaving dinner in Los Angeles with Cox, Bateman, Anka and Lisa Kudrow, further highlighting just how naturally Curtis has slipped into The Morning Show star’s longtime friend group.
“It really speaks to her and them that everybody is so grounded, so kind,” he said, before adding, “And it’s not just to me. There’s a reason why that whole group and community is so beloved.”
