Jennifer Garner has been basking in quality family time.
The Adam Project star, 49, captured a sweet moment via her Instagram Story with her mom, Patricia Ann Garner, and her dad, William John Garner, on Monday, March 7, after returning from a whirlwind trip to New York with boyfriend John Miller.
"Something that made my heart happy: 24 hours with Mom and Dad," Garner captioned the adorable photo of the trio in the car together.
The family hang out comes on the heels of the 13 Going on 30 actress' return from the east coast, where she and the CEO of CaliBurger, 44, were seen grabbing a flight out of New York's JFK airport after attending the star studded premiere of her latest film, The Adam Project. It was a rare outing for the on-again, off-again couple, who have been rumored to be taking their relationship to the next level.
In November 2021, Garner sent fans into a frenzy during an Instagram Live chat with good pal Judy Greer — where she appeared to be wearing a sparkler on that finger. Though the lovebirds sparked engagement rumors, they have yet to confirm any future milestone plans.

“Jen and John aren’t flashy about their romance,” an insider dished of the private couple — who was first linked in 2018 — late last year, "but they are madly in love."
“As far as Jen is concerned, John is Mr. Wonderful,” the source added. “It’s obvious they both feel they’ve hit the jackpot.”
Miller was previously married to violinist Caroline Campbell, with whom he shares two children. Meanwhile, the Texas native was previously married to Ben Affleck, 49, with whom she shares children, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9.
As Garner has been spending more time with her parents, she has also been getting close with a potential new family member: Her ex-husband's girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez.
As OK! previously reported, the Selena actress, 52, and the Elektra star have become "close" as Lopez and Affleck's rekindled romance becomes more serious.
"They’ve come to an understanding that all that matters at this point is what’s best for the kids. As mothers, this is important to J.Lo that Jen is on board," a source previously spilled after Bennifer 2.0 reunited in April 2021. "Jen’s kids really have taken to Ben and his children which is super important to Jen, too."
