The actress and entrepreneur shared a video on her Instagram on Friday, April 2, giving her followers a sneak peek of how she kicks off each day. Alba's routine starts by clipping into her SoulCycle at-home bike and getting a heart-pounding sweat in.
The video shows the Dark Angel alum selecting a ride with virtual instructor Claire J., then shredding, spinning and sweating on her sleek bike as if she were front row in a class at the celeb-favored SoulCycle studio.
After pouring herself a cup of coffee (using oat milk) from her Nespresso machine, The Honest Company founder uses one of her own products as part of her beauty regiment. Alba shows off a pink face thanks to brand's go-to skin pick-me up, The Prime + Perfect Mask, which is designed to leave the skin feeling smoother, firmer, glowier and perfectly prepped for whatever comes next.
“I love this mask because it makes my skin look brighter and tighter, and my pores look smaller," the mom-of-three has previously said about the product.
The 39-year-old finished her video by showing off a sharp ensemble, which included a white crop top, gold chainlink statement necklace and purple high-waited pleated pants.
