Jodie Sweetin opened up about her secret to a happy marriage.

She shared the sleeping arrangement that works for her and her husband, Mescal Wasilewski, on the "Good Guys" podcast, saying, "Two twin beds pushed up against each other in a king-size thing with two separate duvets. That is key, because you’re not fighting over the blanket."

"I’m telling you — that is the smallest, biggest difference," the Full House alum told co-hosts Josh Peck and Ben Soffer.

"I can roll over and wrap myself up like a burrito; he can do whatever, and we’re not fighting over it in the middle of the night. So no one wakes up angry that they’re cold," she added.

Sweetin has been married to Wasilewski, the clinical director at Restore Health and Wellness Center in the Canoga Park neighborhood of greater L.A., since 2022.

The actress then explained her perspective as to why "sleeping together is one of the biggest things — not s--, but actual sleeping — [that] drives most couples nuts."

"My husband is the lightest, worst sleeper," Sweetin said. "Once I’m out — takes me a minute to go out — and once I’m out, I’m dead to the world. There could be bombs going off, and nothing. He, you know, a mouse whispers downstairs, and he’s like, ‘Oh my god! I heard it.’"

Sweetin also went on to call herself and Wasilewski "very independent people," adding, "So he goes and does his thing, [and] I’ll go travel and do something."

“Our dream goal sort of thing is to own property somewhere, and I want a few little tiny homes on it. He gets his tiny home, I get my tiny home, and then there’s the middle one,” where the two can cohabitate, she said.

Sweetin has been married four times, with Wasilewski being her current, fourth husband.

She was previously hitched to police officer Shaun Holguin (2002-2006), film worker Cody Herpin (2007-2010; they separated in 2008), and composer Morty Coyle (2012-2016; they separated one year after their marriage).

She also has two daughters: Zoie, whom she shares with Herpin, and Beatrix, whom she shares with Coyle.

As she said on the podcast, the calculus that goes into unconventional sleeping and social arrangements is entirely “different when you have kids.”

But she also added jokingly, “I’ve been married four times, so after a few, I think you just kind of go, ‘Maybe I should have some space on my own.’”
