Dave Coulier reunited with his Full House castmates six months after announcing his tongue cancer was in remission, following what he described as a "roller-coaster ride" involving "two different cancers in two years."

Coulier, 66, shared this health update in February on Good Morning America, saying he had recovered after enduring back-to-back cancer diagnoses.

The Full House alum joined John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber backstage at Nostalgia Con in Orlando, Florida, where the group shared a playful reunion.

They danced along to C+C Music Factory’s 1990 hit "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" in a TikTok video shared by Stamos.

The actors stood in a line and moved their heads one by one to the beat before breaking into dance moves while mouthing along to the song.

"Threw our necks out for this," Stamos, 62, captioned the Instagram post.

The Muppet Babies voice actor said even after the "good news," he felt "like cancer is always in the rearview mirror behind" him.

Coulier was first diagnosed with Stage 3 lymphoma in November 2024. At the time, he recalled feeling shocked by the diagnosis after initially believing his symptoms were caused by a head cold.

"I felt like I had been punched in the stomach because it never happens to you," he said on Today.

"You always hear about it happening to someone else," he added.

By March 2025, Coulier had finished chemotherapy and was declared cancer-free. However, his health journey took another difficult turn later that year.

In December 2025, Coulier revealed that he had been diagnosed with tongue cancer after beating lymphoma.

"It’s totally unrelated to my non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. This is a new cancer. I said, 'Are you kidding me?'" he shared on Today.

Coulier said doctors believed it could have stemmed "from an HPV virus he contracted up to 30 years ago."

He added that the virus may have "activated and turned into a carcinoma."

He also emphasized that the tongue cancer was "very treatable," with a curability rate of about 90 percent.

Dave Coulier revealed that extensive radiation treatment caused significant weight loss and made eating solid food difficult.

The extensive treatment had nevertheless taken a major toll on the actor. By May, Coulier revealed that he had lost more than 45 pounds.

"I haven’t posted in quite a while, and the last time I did, some of you said that I look differently and I sound differently, and I do," Coulier said in an Instagram Reel.

"What you’re seeing is the side effects of extensive radiation that I went through carcinoma in my throat," he added.

Coulier also said he had not been able to eat solid food "in months."
