It's been a busy month for Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, as the power couple reportedly closed the deal on their Los Angeles love nest and bought a new Miami mansion.
After recently scooping up a lavish Florida estate, according to Mansion Global, the Hollywood couple sold their jaw-dropping abode in the celebrity-filled neighborhood of Encino for $15.2 million.
The Jonas Brothers musician and actress — known for her role as Sansa Stark in HBO's Game of Thrones — only bought the L.A. property two years ago for $14.1 million. The power couple first listed their home on June 22 for an asking price of $16.75 million, and apparently found an eager buyer within a month.
Despite closing the door on their 15,000-square-foot home — dubbed a “contemporary masterpiece” — it's safe to say they are looking forward to moving into the latest property added to their real estate portfolio.
Jonas, 32, and Turner, 25 — who welcomed their first child together, daughter Willa, last July — reportedly handed over a whopping $11 million for their new Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired waterfront home in Miami. The six-bedroom, glass-covered property not only offers a great room with a 30 ft. ceiling, but also a wine cellar and bar with a dual-sided counter for entertaining both indoors and outdoors.
