John Legend Teases Sexy Oscars After-Party Look After Wife Chrissy Teigen Jokes About Not Nabbing An Invite To Awards Show
While John Legend and Chrissy Teigen didn't attend the 2022 Oscars, they certainly made an entrance at Vanity Fair's after-party.
The EGOT winner, 43, teased his fans on Monday, March 28, with sexy snaps of him and his wife walking the red carpet ahead of the A-list party in the late hours of Sunday, March 27.
Legend — who shares daughter Luna, 5, and son Miles, 3, with the model — looked as handsome as ever in a white tuxedo he complimented with a black bow tie, while his wife, 36, dazzled in a beaded silver gown that hugged her frame and showed off her toned leg.
Knowing what an entrance the power couple made at the event, the musician comically captioned the side-by-side post of him posing with the brunette babe in one photo and alone in the other: "We looked good tonight. Otherwise, just a normal no-news evening."
The father-of-two then shared another stunning shot of the pair, where Legend is seen visibly checking out the social media personality while she pulls a model face for the camera. It seems Teigen switched up her look for the night, as she donned a cut-out black gown with a slit and strappy black heels in the second photo posted to Legend's page.
"Gold Party ready," the "All Of Me" crooner wrote alongside the photo.

Given that the Legend family didn't nab an invite to the 94th Academy Awards, it makes sense that they pulled out all the stops for Vanity Fair's Oscars after-party.
Despite not joining the other high-profile celebs during the ceremony, Teigen assured her Instagram followers that she wasn't offended, telling her fans on Sunday ahead of the Oscars red carpet: "I would like to note that I am all for the Oscars not inviting us because that's what keeps it super exclusive."
Meanwhile, Legend probably enjoyed the extra time he had to get ready for the after-party, as he had himself quite a busy weekend. The "Minefields" singer performed at Ashley + Pandora's Home On Tour event on Friday, March 25, in Las Angeles, where he serenaded the crowd with hits including "Tonight", "Love Me Now", "Wild", "All Of Me" and more.
