Josh Duggar's Child Pornography Trial Postponed Until November After His Defense Team Requests 'More Time To Review Evidence'
A small legal victory for Josh Duggar. The former reality star's child pornography trail has been pushed back from its original July 6 court date and will now be postponed until later this November.
The federal judge granted Duggar's defense team "more time to review the evidence" after they requested it. According to the news station WGN-TV, the judge in the case explained via court order that, "The court grants this continuance based on its finding that the ends of justice served by taking such action outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial."
The 19 Kids And Counting star will be standing trial on federal charges come November, after "he allegedly downloaded and kept a disturbing trove of child porn on his computer."
As OK! previously reported, the disgraced television personality was was formally indicted on one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography back in April. According to the indictment, the 33-year-old has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

"She thinks Josh is innocent." a source explained. Although the charges against him are damning, his wife has tried to get things back to normal. "[Josh] has seen [his] children with Anna there. She has to be there."
